My passion comes from the freedom I discovered by facing life’s hardest challenges, befriending my shadows, and transforming ‘bad’ emotions like shame, grief, and anger into fuel for courage, clarity, and unapologetic self-expression.

This work hasn’t been easy, but it’s what allows me to sit beside others in their darkness and remind them of their power.
