I’m a first-generation American, with a Colombian dad and Costa Rican mom. Growing up in a hispanic home, the “machismo” culture and suppression of feminine energy shaped my family dynamics, and early on I learned it wasn’t safe to be fully expressed as my truest self.
It wasn’t until my mom’s passing in 2019 that I started to question my life path and who I truly was, which led me to become certified in Spiritual Life Coaching —but even then, something still felt missing.
That’s when I began exploring my shadow and integrating the parts of myself I’d been taught to hide.
I dove into tantra, priestess trainings, erotic performance, conscious kink events, and even pro domme work, while also doing deep inner work —healing my inner child, facing my shadow self, having sacred rage rituals, integrating the parts of myself I’d suppressed for years.
And to be honest… I felt so alone during this time.
The shame of exploring these darker, sensual aspects of myself felt like a heavy secret I was carrying.
The moment that changed everything was when I finally found the courageous to share what I was experiencing with a group of trusted women. I finally felt accepted, celebrated, and seen by a sisterhood.
That’s when I realized the power of being witness in a shame-free space, and since then I have been passionate about creating spaces I wish I had when I was exploring my darkness —a space for women craving something deeper than surface-level conversations. Because I was that woman.
